Responsive Form becomes Unresponsive after a certain number of entries

I created a responsive form with a repeating section. I created hidden fields that stores the data from the fields in the repeating section. I have tried testing the form and if I enter 1-5 records in the repeating section it will save to my SharePoint list. However, if I try to enter more than 5 records the "Saving" icon just spins on the screen. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance.
