Nintex DocGen Run Page Cross Session / Experience

When running a DocGen Package, the Looplus Run Page is not entirely in Lightning, causing wrong behavior or an error.

Instructions

This has been seen in the following scenarios:

1. Navigating back and forth between Lightning and Classic - Session experience gets crossed
   • Close all browser tabs and get back into Lightning only
2. In Lightning, the button parameters were typed in the address bar instead of using a Lightning Mobile Action URL button.
3. A Custom implementation regarding a redirect in the code.
   • Ensure you are receiving the correct Session.
   • Review the redirect code to see what action is redirecting / opening the tab.
   • May need to use the Salesforce NavigateToURL:

   • Work with Nintex Professional Services to review use-case and implementation.
