When making changes to an existing document and is replaced in the Salesforce org; the replaced document does not display the new version in Document Generation.
Sometimes taking 1-2 days to see the new document.
Instructions
This is a known issue on the Salesforce platform.
Have the user clear the cache and cookies in the web browser or an incognito browser.
