Drawloop - Mass Document Generation Does Not Appear in Document Queue

Issue

When running a Mass document package with the Send to Document Queue delivery option, the package indicates it is being processed but does not appear in the Document Queue.

Resolution

1. Go to Setup > Email Administration.
2. Go to Deliverability.
3. Set the Access Level to All.

If the issue persists, contact Drawloop Support to verify Mass is enabled for the license.
