LEDD Related by and Repeat by options not populating

Issue:

When in the LEDD interface and trying to manage relationships the lists - Related By and Repeat By are not populating.

Resolution:

This issue occurs due to one or more required picklist values being deactivated or deleted.
1. Navigate to the Relationship Object for Nintex in Salesforce setup. 
2. Locate the Copy Type field.

3. Confirm all required Values are listed and active.

Required values:

- Row

- Table

- Section

- Group

- Hierarchy

Expected behavior after updated values:
