Drawloop - Error: Name needs to be unique when Integrating with Office 365

Issue

When integrating Office 365 with Salesforce, an error similar to the following might occur:

Resolution

1. Navigate to installed packages.
2. Locate Drawloop Document Generation.
3. Verify that the version of Drawloop is 12.2.2 or newer.
4. If not, update via the appexchange download link.
