Issue
When using an outbound message to generate a document, delivery status might report a Delivery Failure Reason of (401)Unauthorized.
Resolution
- Navigate to Set Up > Outbound messages.
- Select the outbound message that refers to the affected object and Drawloop Next field.
- Check Send Session ID check box.
