Issue
Advanced optional template is not evaluating it's criteria correctly.
Resolution
Things to check:
1. Make sure the user/profile has access to the field that is being used to evaluate the template
2. Make sure the advanced optional document is correctly set up to be included/excluded
3. If the <<Tag>> being evaluated is from Excel as Middleware it will not work. Excel as middleware tags for Advanced Optional Documents is not supported.
