Which users receive notifications when using the Mass or Automated DocGen Package features?
Answer
Error notification for Automated DocGen Package:
- The User to Send as indicated in the Outbound Message
- The owner of the DocGen Package record
- Integrated User in the DocGen Admin tab
- The user who generated the DocGen Package in Mass and the integrated user (cc'd) will receive an email notification that the process has started
- The completed/error notifications will only go to the user who generated the DocGen Package
