Instructions
To configure FTP Delivery as a storage option or Attachment delivery option:
FTP Domain
- Syntax: Domain:Port/path
- Enter the domain, if necessary enter a : and the port, then the file path where you'd like the file stored
- Ex: ftp.website.com:21/DDPfiles/
- Ex: ftp.website.com/DDPfiles/
- Ex: ftp.website.com
Secure
- Check the Secure checkbox for ftps (secured via SSL)
- We support FTP, FTPS, and SFTP
Credentials
- Enter a valid Username and Password
Note: If there is a file already on the FTP that has a filename that matches an incoming file, it will be replaced with the new version that is generated
