Instructions

1. Navigate to the Object where the related list is located: Setup > Customize > Field Service > [Object_Name] > Fields
2. Under [Object] Custom Fields & Relationships, click New.
3. Select “Roll-Up Summary” and click Next.
4. Field Label name as preferred (i.e. Grand Total) and click Next.
5. Summarized Object: Select the related list.
6. Select Roll-Up Type: Select the preferred option. (i.e: SUM)
7. Field to Aggregate: Select the field to calculate the value.
