We're excited to announce that we'll be testing a new AI Moderation feature on the Nintex Community from October 17 to October 27.
What to expect?
The Automated Moderation AI Agent will automatically review posts and replies before they are published, helping to detect:
- NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content
- Spam
- PII (Personally Identifiable Information)
- Violations of the Community Code of Conduct
What happens when you post?
When you submit a topic or reply, the Moderation AI Agent will immediately scan it. If your content aligns with the Code of Conduct, it will be approved and published—usually within seconds.
- Approved: Your post goes live
- Pending: If the AI is unsure, a human moderator will review it
- Removed: If it clearly violates the guidelines, the post will be trashed
Note: Posts containing links or images might take a little longer to process.
Language support
The AI Agent is language-agnostic, meaning it can analyze content written in any language.
Supported content types
The AI Moderation will review:
- Questions
- Discussions
- Replies
Will you be notified if your post is held for moderation?
By default, you will not receive a notification if your post is held for review. However, our Community Team may contact you if additional context is needed.
