Code Fix: Workflow issues after upgrade affecting workspace task display and designer parameters

Issue Description

When you upgrade to Nintex Automation K2 (5.9), previously created Workflows start causing issues, such as the task area no longer being displayed in workflow tasks in Workspace even though the link is correct, and a new serial number parameter being added to the task each time the workflow is opened in Designer in a new browser session.

Resolution

The fix is available in:

• Nintex Automation K2 (5.9) Fix Pack 09.

1. Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
2. Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
3. Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
4. It is recommended to clear browser cache and refresh the page.
