Issue Description
When you attempt to run the Reset Validation for license in K2 Management, the subform cuts off the 37-character keys and an error occurs.
Error Message:
The following error occurs: “Invalid Reset Validation Key”
Resolution
The fix is available in:
- K2 Five (5.6) Fix Pack 18.
- K2 Five (5.5) March 2022 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 25.
- K2 Five (5.4) March 2022 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 17.
- K2 Five (5.3) January 2022 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 07.
- K2 Five (5.2) February 2023 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 01.
- Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
- Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
- Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
