Issue Description
Scenario 1
When you have a slider that is read-only and disabled, and you hide and then show it again, the slider becomes editable. Even when you use the Set Properties method and a disable rule, the control remains editable.
Scenario 2
When you have the slider control enabled, users can adjust its value by clicking anywhere along the track. When you navigate to the next section and hide the slider, then return and show it again, the slider’s previous value is lost and is reset to 0.
Scenario 3
When you set the slider control width at design time, it resizes to the desired width (for example, 70%). However, when you open the form at runtime, the control width resets to 100%.
