Issue Description
When you check server usage figures in Management under Licenses, you may notice that the numbers are lower than expected. For example, the count for workflow definitions might show 19, even though more than 30 workflows are deployed to the environment.
Resolution
The fix is available in:
- Nintex Automation (5.7) Fix Pack 28.
- Nintex Automation K2 (5.8) Fix Pack 24.
- Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
- Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
- Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
