Code Fix: K2 Workflow importer fails to load list/library selection after appify and deletion

Issue Description

When you use K2 Workflow Importer, the list of List/Library Selection does not load if the list was appified, then unappified, and the SharePoint list has been deleted.

Error Message:

The following error occurs in the HostServer log:

“An error occurred in the Service Instance. List does not exist.”

Resolution

The fix is available in:

• Nintex Automation K2 (5.9) Fix Pack 01.

1. Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
2. Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
3. Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
4. It is recommended to clear browser cache and refresh the page.
