Code Fix: Drop-Down list selection is not submitted when pressing tab

Issue Description

When you use the Tab key to navigate a form and select a value in a drop-down list, pressing Tab does not submit the selection. Instead, focus moves to the browser, requiring you to tab through the browser controls before returning to the form. On the second attempt, the selection is submitted and focus moves to the next control.

Resolution

The fix is available in:

• Nintex Automation K2 (5.9) Fix Pack 14.

1. Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
2. Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
3. Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
4. It is recommended to clear browser cache and refresh the page.
