A new K2 Connect license requested from the customer portal cannot be applied to a K2 Connect environment. An Invalid License Key error is displayed when entering the new license key.

Instructions 

  • You need at least K2 Connect 5.3 to apply the new license key.
  • Please upgrade K2 Connect.
