When adding the K2 for SharePoint app, the following error is returned:
Sorry, something went wrong
The specified application identifier 3308eaff-d056-4a32-9b1d-563f81bf06f9 is invalid or does not exist.
ULS log shows the following errors relevant to the K2 for SharePoint app:
- The market web service is not configured. Return null.
- App 3308eaff-d056-4a32-9b1d-563f81bf06f9 does not exits in marketplace web service.
- The app principal for app instance 3308eaff-d056-4a32-9b1d-563f81bf06f9 does not exists in the Marketplace
Instructions
- Open your SharePoint Central Administration Site.
- Go to System Settings > Servers > Manage services on server
- Restart the following services:
- App Management Service
- Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Subscription Settings Service
- Re-run AppDeployment.exe
