Confirm that your environment is configured to integrate with Exchange Online using MSGraph:

Instructions
- Create a new OAuth resource, copy all the values from the existing Exchange Online OAuth resource including the Resource parameters.
NB: Give it a different/unique name. Note - This OAuth resource is what will be used to generate a token associated with different From Address account.
- Create a new instance of the Exchange Online service type:
- Enter a unique Display Name.
- For the property "OAuth Resource Name" select the OAuth resource created in step 1 and copy/duplicate all the other values from the existing instance already created.
NB: Tick the "Cache OAuth token for service account for using SmartObjects in workflow steps" checkbox.
This is so that the token gets assigned to the service account and not the logged in Management site user.. - Set On Behalf of Email to FromAddress email
NB: The system will redirect to the Microsoft login page, where you must log in as an account for a different From Address.
- The resource name of the new OAuth resource must be used as the OAuth Resource property in the "K2 Connection String Editor" for From Address account's connection string.
