A recent vulnerability was identified by CISA (Cybersecurity & Infrastructure security agency) - PrintNightmare, Critical Windows Print Spooler Vulnerability.
Error Code
Not applicable.
Resolution
CISA has advised administrators to disable the Windows Print spooler service in Domain Controllers and systems that do not print.
K2 Five does not make use of the Printer Spooler service in any way and can be disabled on the application server without any effect on K2.
