After upgrading from older versions to latest version of K2, such as from 5.6 to 5.8 and above, converting a K2 form to PDF will generate a PDF document with Title property populated with the name of the form. On older versions (5.6 and below), the generated PDF document will not have the Title property populated.
As a result of the PDF document's Title property being populated, opening the PDF document will show the Title instead of the PDF document's file name.
Instructions
This is the intended behaviour. On newer versions of K2, the PDF converter will use the form's title to populate the PDF document's Title property. If you do not want the Title property to be populated, you can edit your K2 form, and remove the value in the form's Title property.
