Package and Deploy tool not showing newly deployed workflows

Issue

The workflow is showing in K2 Management correctly:

Error Code

In this case, workflow "K2Project3Process" is not showing in P&D:

Resolution

The issue could be caused by <DeployToCategory> key in kprx file is set to 0.  

Setting this key to 1 and redeploy the workflow will resolve the issue.
