Problem
Unable to open K2 Designer.
403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
Solution
The Default Document configuration on IIS for the K2 Designer site was disabled. Enabling it resolved the issue.
