Code Fix
This article was created in response to a support issue logged with K2. The content may include typographical errors and may be revised at any time without notice. This article is not considered official documentation for K2 software and is provided "as is" with no warranties.

Issue

Whenever a user passes a null value (for example via an empty data label) into a SmartObject that updates a SAP (Systems, Applications and Products) field via K2 Connect, the value passed to SAP is SCNULL and not a null value.

Symptoms

You may notice in your SAP field, that the value SCNULL is passed, instead of a blank or null value.

Resolution

The developers created a codefix to allow K2 Connect to handle SCNULL values. If you experience this issue, please log a new support ticket and reference this article to receive the codefix.
