The K2 Connect Administration Tool is unresponsive.
From the Event Viewer logs, there is an Application Hang event recorded for the SourceCode.ServiceObjectModel.UI.Administration.exe process.
Prior to this event, the K2 Connect Server component throws several errors indicating that the current license applied is invalid:
"Valid K2 connect License key not found. Please use the K2 connect Administration Tool to add a valid License key."
"Service cannot be started. System.Exception: A valid K2 connect Licence for this server could not be found. at SourceCode.ServiceObjectModel.Server.Runtime.Service.ServiceObjectModelServerService.OnStart(String[] args) at System.ServiceProcess.ServiceBase.ServiceQueuedMainCallback(Object state)"
Instructions
Apply a valid K2 Connect license key through the K2 Connect Administration Tool.
