Issue
There is an error on the K2 Core component when attempting to install the K2 Five CU or FP.
Error Code
The following errors are shown in the InstallerTrace log:
InstallFile.Install: Logged Error: Could not install file: C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearl\SetupSourceCode.Install.dll InstallFile.Install: Logged Error: Exception: System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlSetupSourceCode.Install.dll' because it is being used by another process.
Resolution
There is a running instance of the K2 Setup Manager that is locking the SourceCode.Install.dll.
Closing the Setup Manager and re-installing the CU or FP should resolve the issue.
