Issue Description
When using a SmartObject, which returns a list of users, to set a user task recipient, the users do not receive the tasks. This occurs when a recipient rule is set to “Certain Recipients, based on a rule” and a custom rule is configured.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
- Get the K2 Five RTM FP14 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 Five RTM FP14 to apply the fix.
- Re-deploy the workflow.
