Issue Description
The K2 SmartForms Application Pool keeps crashing, presenting an error in the K2 HostServer logs.
Error Message
The following error occurs: "Primary Credentials Not Authenticated. Session Not Authenticated."
Resolution
The fix is available in the following K2 versions:
