High memory usage related to the K2 service is experienced, which results in K2 becoming unusable.

Resolution

Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
Download the K2 Five (5.1) FP20 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP20 to apply the fix.
