Code Fix: An error occurs when installing a Fix Pack on K2 Five (5.1)

Issue Description

When attempting to install a Fix Pack on K2 Five (5.1), an error occurs during installation and is logged in the HostServer.log file.

Error Message

The following error is logged in the HostServer.log file: “Target did not complete successfully: K2 for SharePoint 2013.kspx”.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five (5.1) FP10 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP10 to apply the fix.
