Issue Description
An error occurs when executing the Add method for a REST Endpoint Service to add a serialized value to the Smartobject.
Error Message
The following errors occur: “code 400 exception” or “code 500 exception”
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
- Get the K2 Five (5.1) FP5 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP5 to apply the fix.
Considerations
After applying the FixPack the REST service instance must be refreshed and the SmartObjects must be regenerated.
