Issue Description
When you deploy a package via K2 Package and Deployment using a remote desktop session and the session disconnects, an error occurs.
Error Message
The following error occurs: “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
- Download the K2 Five (5.1) FP20 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP20 to apply the fix.
- No errors will occur when a remote desktop session disconnects while deploying a package in K2 Package and Deployment.
Considerations
All instances of K2 Package and Deployment must be closed before installing this Fix Pack.
