Issue Description
When a legacy workflow in SharePoint is started using the “Start a Workflow” rule from a form and the configuration of this rule includes mapping a SmartObject from a view to the item reference in the workflow, the item reference is blank for new instances started after deploying the package to another environment.
Resolution
The fix is available in the following K2 versions:
