Issue Description
When you configure a REST Service Instance to make use of the Client Credentials OAuth Resource, executing a SmartObject method from the REST Service Instance in a workflow results in an error.
Error Message
The workflow is in error state with the following error: “The method or operation is not implemented”.
Resolution
The fix is available in the following K2 versions:

- Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative Update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
- Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
- Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
Considerations
After installing the Fix Pack, you can use the Retry option in K2 Management for the workflow in error state.
