Issue Description
When you have a form parameter named “sn” and the form is used in a workflow with the parameter value specified, loading the workflow from the kprx file results in the parameter value to be reverted to a serial number value instead of the specified value in the workflow.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
- Download and install the K2 Five (5.1) November 2018 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Download the K2 Five (5.1) November 2018 Cumulative Update FP14 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.1) November 2018 Cumulative Update FP14 to apply the fix.
- Refresh the browser cache.
