Cannot see SmartObject when designing a workflow

The SmartObject appears on K2 Designer and in its expected category. However, if you want to use it on a workflow, you cannot find it from the Configuration Panel or when you browse for it from the SmartObject Step directly.

Instructions 

Edit the SmartObject on K2 Designer and do the following:

1. Recreate the properties and
2. Re-bind the method and parameters
