List View: Conditional Formatting inside a Dropdown list

A user make uses of an expression, that calculates the difference between dates and along with conditional formatting it applies a different colour depending on the result.

When using a static value it works as expected, but when using the value which is sourced from a custom database table the first result doesn't change colour, the rest do.
