Unable to find smartobject method in K2 Five workflow

I have a method called "GetSupEmail" in my smartobject(OPPORTUNITYINFORMATIONSO). But I cannot find that in the workflow. See the attached picture.

    Can you show  screenshot of the workflow where you are trying to use this SmartObject method?
