Triggering workflow from SharePoint Online

Hi,

 

I am trying to trigger a workflow which is hosted in on prem K2 server from a share point online document library. I have created the workflow and kept the event as when a document is updated. I have updated the document but the workflow did not get triggered. Anyone faced any isuse like this? Will there be any cross domain issue?

    Perhaps, the following K2 documentation might help. The K2 remote event receiver service must be available on the internet so SharePoint Online can pick up the item event.
