The Workflow API in K2 has been disabled, please use K2 Management to enable it.

Hello All,

I'm trying to enable Workflow REST API.

 

I've gone to the Management tool and enabled the Workflow REST API there. I'm presented with a Swagger URL and a Base URL and both appear to be correct.

 

But then I click the icon to view the  Swagger information, I get this error message:

  "Message": "The Workflow API in K2 has been disabled, please use K2 Management to enable it."
}

 

Is there something else that needs to be done (aside from flipping the switch in the Management interface)?
Are there other pre-requisites?
Did we miss a step in the setup process?

 

Any insights are appreciated.

We added the AppPool account to the list of users and we are good to go!
