Hi K2Developer-1,


 


First place you could check if you have your connection string right is in the (connectionStringEditor.exe) file found here: C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlHost ServerBin. See if your connection string is correct, especially the Exchange URL, FromAddress, and Password for the account that is setup is correct.

Do reconfigure make sure specify working email address and password durring the process.
