Maybe this KB might help (http://help.k2.com/kb001769). The Admin right will require to access managed worklists and workflow's instances.

I have seen this matrix. Though, the question is how to provide admin features to power user without giving them access to entire Management site. I have a requirement to build a dashboard to manage workflow feature such as restarting workflow at any step, display errors, view flow and such. 

Any hints, tips and/or suggestions?
