Hi,

 

I need to create a form that captures the data needed to send a meeting request in K2.

When clicking on a button send this should send the meeting request to outlook or gmail.

 

Is there any way to do this without using the k2 exchange?

    You can use the rest broker to integrate with various platforms including outlook/gmail. You can read more about the K2 rest broker here
