Hi @pnelli
Please see the KB article related to your issue: http://help.k2.com/support-services/kbt162772.
You would need to reinstall the previous Fix Pack you had installed so that the versions are in sync and that should allow you to run the setup manager again.
Cheers,
Kimberly

Hi Pnelli,
From the screenshot, I can see that you are on K2 Five 5.2? Please correct if I am wrong. Please can you specify how you installed your K2 in the first place? Did you do a clean installation or did you upgrade from another version (such as K2 Five 5.0, 5.1 or K2 4.7)?
Two things you can look at:
One
Do note that the requirement of an upgrade/update is that K2 components must be of the same version in order to run a successfull K2 setup.
Having said the above, I can see from the screenshot that your environment is based on the K2 Five 5.2 release version of 5.0003.1000.0 which is the first release of K2 Five 5.2. And you are trying to make an update with a K2 Five 5.0003.1000.2 version release. Hence the error message "Version Conflict".
So make sure you are running a setup manager of your K2 version.
The best way to run a setup manager is from this location in your VM (C:Program FilesK2Setup). In this location there is setup.exe file, click to run the setup.
Two
If the above above does not work for you, I think you should have a look at your K2 components to make sure that they are on the same version number. I presume K2 Core is not identical to the other components since it failed to install successfully as you mentioned. If thats the case, you will need to match it with the rest of the components. To do this, run the setup again in this location (C:Program FilesK2Setup), select the "Modify" option, and deselect all the other K2 components that are the same and leave out the one that is different and then continue with the setup. After this, the K2 Core should be identical to the rest of the components.
I hope this helps you.

Hi All,
Today I got an idea of using CU setup again and it had failed but helped me to resolve the error when I use K2 setup manager(second screen in the error). I have updated license as the setup had failed due to the expiration of the license and installed CU again and it is successful too.
Thanks,
Pradeep
