k2 error 404 when trying to edit,add items

issue : when trying to edit or add new items in k2 I receive an erro message 404.

any suggesstions would be welcome.

error 404 typically indicate something is missing or not configured correctly, if this is K2 and Sharepoint intigration, I would suggest running the registration wizard again to sync up K2 and SP if it is just K2 smartforms I would recomend running the configuration analysis for K2 smartforms to ensure K2 is configured correctly.
