Dear all,

 

We encountered a problem when configuring K2 Connect For SAP, enter the K2 Connect Administrator page, then click the Stop service button it prompt "K2 Connect Server failed. Cannot stop K2 connect Server service on computer ". 

 

Can you tell us how to fix it?

Please try doubling the timeout value as per documentation: https://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/K2Connect/UserGuide/5.0/default.htm#K2connect_ServerService_TimeoutError.htm%3FTocPath%3DTroubleshooting%7C_____4

I would also check the Windows Event Viewer for any errors on K2 Connect.
