Hi,

 

We have recently run into a problem where, when switching from the K2 Workspace ios application to the desktop workspace, all that appears is a black screen with a "Download the app for your device." message. Does anyone know why this would be the case?

Please open F12 Developer tools, on the top left corner, by any chance is 'Toggle device toolbar' selected? Perhaps also try clearing the browser cache and see if that helps. After you have disabled 'toggle device toolbar', please perform an IISRESET.

you don't need the app either. Access workspace once from your mobile.
