Hi! We are trying to test the odata service with excel or Power BI to give our customers some buisness data reporting. We have some troubles configurating the odata service, this is reporting us an error when we select visible smart objects and when we access the o data url. This is the error: The culture 'Spanish (Spain)' is not supported.   Pluralization is currently only supported for the English language. I have a workflow that I made changes to in designer, but I want to revert all those changes how do I do that? I want the workflow in designer to replicate that of what the default workflow has without having to back and remove all my changes manually.

Hi Mates , On my item view i had 2 dropdown control and Save & Submit button.On save button i am saving data on DB and on Submit button i will validation if user select any value from dropdown using Form Passes validation.problem is that if user not select data and click on Submit, control get validated and it highlighted with Red color which is as expected. now user click on Save with blank dropdown, Data get save  but the control still have those validation How we can remove those validation on Save button as on Save i don’t want to validate anything. 

Hi, We currently have some workflow K2 for SP on Sharepoint 2013 and we'll upgrade our Sharepoint server to Sharepoint 2016 ; what do we have to do to avoid K2 for SP workflows production shutdown ? Hi I have created a SQL Table and have added the SQL SMO to a form using the create method and now I am not seeing any Output mappings the methods on the right hand side are all empty. what have I done wrong, is this a SQL table creation problem or what have I done here wrong. any help would be great!

I want to install K2 connect on a clean K2 Five environment but failed. It prompt me that Required product not found:-K2 blackpearl for Visual Studio. Please see the attachment. Do I need to install k2 blackpearl 4.7 first? Or who can tell me where I can get the needed components. Thanks very much.

Hello, I recently upgraded to K2 5.2 from 4.7. I configured FBA site with all the references as mentioned in documentation. Now authentication is successful when I login. (I checked logs in DB that it is successful.) Ideally it should have been redirect to next page. But it remains on the same page.Also it does not show any error in console or on page.  Can you tell me where am I missing? Thanks,Nirav

Hi,After upgrading to K2 Five 5.3 we’ve noticed that the new sync service doesn’t refreshes user accounts or it does it in an unpredictable way. E.x. some users have expire date set in the past, and it isn’t refreshed even after calling UMUser.GetUserDetails.  According to the documentation: “If you want to refresh the cache items, set all three expiry dates to some time in the past for the each identity.” (https://help.nintex.com/en-US/k2five/icg/current/default.htm#Configure/IDCachePerfomance.htm?Highlight=identity%20service). What could be the reason? Kind regards,Piotr

We are thinking of making a new application where part of the functionality will be creating and editing AD Users and groups. I am wondering what our best options would be for our DEV and TEST environments, since these all share the same AD environment as PROD. Would AD LDS be a good option? And has anyone gotten AD LDS to work with the Account Management Service Instance? I was able to create a Account Management service that pointed to an AD LDS instance, but on executing Create User I always get an error message - "The LDAP server is unavailable". For the Create User - Name property in AD LDS I've tried servername.fqnusername, servernameusername, servername username, and I always seem to get the same result.

Hi, I'm creating a REST API with .NET, which I will be hosting on the same server as K2.I'm using the REST service broker for this - we're using K2 5.2. What I'd like to do is pass in the user's login name. Ideally without having to pass this in as a parameter to the rest service SmartObject, which could be manipulated.We can use impersonation to get K2 to pass in the users identity, but I don't see a way of making this work without setting up Kerberos, which is a dependency I'd like to avoid for just checking who triggered the request.      

Hi, We have recently upgraded to K2 five latest version and I have just realised that when in K2 Designer and I do a 'save as' copy of a view then it does not appear in the K2 Smartform 'View Selector'. Our base data is from a SharePoint list.The new view shows in designer but I can't select it and drag it onto a K smartform as I could before... only the 3 default views that are created by default are available to pick from OR views that are created new from scratch. The save as function we use a lot because we will build the format and layout in the New Item view and include all rules and functionality then do a 'save as' copy of this for the edit view and just change the 'Save button to do an update rather than a create new item.... this saves hours of time as many of our forms have 30 or 40 controls.Is this a bug or can we no longer use the Save As functionality for K2 views? Thanks, Julie 

Hi, We build solutions on a test server and then use package and deploy to copy to the live server. However I have created two new service instances and related SO on test that are preventing a deployment as they are missing on live server. Is there a way to copy/migrate these onto the live server or do we have to build them all together from scratch on the live server.I saw an article about a 'broker tool' but that suggested it was used to register a new one, it didnt suggest we can copy :-( Is there a tool that will do this? Thanks

I have 2 listviews on a smart form. I need to filter 2nd listview by selection or item click in 1st view.

Currently, I am using a List view in my Smartform which will pull data from the DB table and I am having a column of DateTime in that table. in my table, if date saves as *personal details removed* Then if someone opens Schedule in US time zone it will display the date as -1 i.e. *personal details removed*. but while in IST it shows as *personal details removed*How to resolve this issue. we are using K2 FIVE5.2

Hi, How do you add a clickable email on address a form? I've tried adding a data lable, adding the email address to text and clicking literal, but when the form is loaded, the email address is just liek regular text, any ideas? Is there an expression that can make it a proper clickable email address?

Hi K2 guru, I got a form consists of two views,  top one is item view with proj details,  2nd one is List view allow user to add some suggestion (can be multiple line),  at the end of the form there is a Submit button to save all the fields from view 1 and view 2Note :-   View 1 and View 2 have their own smart objects Trying to pass one of the field data Proj_ID to View 2 so that the two smartobjects are linked,  that is SMO1 is parent and SMO2 is child We were trying to put all the rules - when Form is clicked  item on View1  view, execute the Create methond (configure)  item on View 2  view, excecute the Create method for all the items that have been added (configure) I create a Sugg_ID in view 2 SMO,  mapped to Proj IDwhen run somehow the Proj_ID that input was not passed to View 2 Sugg_ID Is my method correct ?  or is there any other better method Thank you in advance   

Hi I want to use regular expression to validate the value that a user entered  based on the value selected in a particular dropdownlist control.i tried to used logical expression i got lost please help. .the values selected in the "Type" dropdownlist must determine the value entered in the "Entity registration number column".please assume the "type" column is before the "Entity registration number column" see attached image to get an idea. TIA

Hello to allI come with a request which does not seem clear to me.Currently we work with K2 5.2 FP30 and Exchange OnPrem. This works perfectly and stable.Now our management wants to migrate to ExchangeOnline and I want to make sure that I don't miss anything.Currently, the names of Exchange servers or their DNS names are in the environment variables and the connections work.The SMTP sending of emails is handled internally, does this have anything to do with ExhcangeOnline as long as an internal server takes over the SMTP task?Or do I have to change the complete installation to ExchangeOnline?Just as a hint, we do not have SMO for Exchange in use. Only mail notification.I hope you understand my question.GreetingsStefan

Hello All,We've recently finished creating a K2 / Adobe Sign integration on our DEV environment. This included creating an OAUTH Resource Type, Resource instance, Service Instance and Smart Objects. Customizations were made to a form to take advantage of the new Smart Object methods.  We are ready to move our project to our staging server. But I have some questions.1. Do I need to create the OAUTH resources on the staging server PRIOR to the migration?  Or, 2. Will the migration create the OAUTH resources on the staging server3. Is there a document / link that details how to accomplish this? Thanks,-tomas

I have several list view elements on the form.I try to hide the list view, if they are empty, it does not work. I set up the rule http://prntscr.com/m4s7j9 during initialization.How can I hide the list view on the form?
